All artworks are carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and prepared for safe transportation.
Depending on the location of the artwork, orders may be shipped either from Germany or Ukraine using an appropriate shipping carrier.
Original artworks and framed prints are shipped in custom-made wooden crates or other protective packaging suitable for fine art transportation.
Unframed paintings and prints are shipped in heavy-duty, dent-resistant mailing tubes.
Please allow up to 5 business days for preparation and packaging before your order is shipped.
After your order has been been dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the country of origin, destination, customs clearance, and the shipping carrier.

Every artwork is professionally packed using materials appropriate for fine art transportation to provide the highest possible level of protection during transit.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday).
Preparation and shipping do not take place on weekends or public holidays.
While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are not refundable due to carrier delays.
International shipping is available to many destinations worldwide.
Shipping costs are included in the artwork price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
