All works of art are carefully packed and prepared for transport. Original artworks and mounted prints are shipped in a wooden crate. Unmounted paintings and prints are shipped in a dent-resistant tube. Please allow for these up to 5 business days of preparation and packaging time before the artwork is shipped out. Additional shipping time begins after transferring the art to the shipper (EMS) and can be 2-3 business days for domestic and up to two to three weeks for international destinations. The estimated shipping time does not include eventual delays during customs entry into the country of destination.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the shipping cost due to postal service delays.
International shipping is available to many worldwide destinations and is included in the item price. Shipping and handling times will vary by location. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.
Address Changes
If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon check-out, please notify us as soon as possible at oleksandrbalbyshev@gmail.com. If you fail to notify us of any address change before your order's shipment, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once we receive the original package back and the extra shipping, we will reship your order.
