Return & Refund Policy

All artworks sold through this website are carefully inspected, documented, and professionally packaged before shipment. Please read the following policy before placing an order.

Original Artworks

Original paintings, sculptures, and unique artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable law.

Original artworks may contain minor signs of handcrafting, natural variations in texture, brushwork, color, and other characteristics inherent to the artistic process. These are not considered defects.

To be eligible for a return:

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
• The artwork must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent professional packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the artwork arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description.

Approved refunds will be issued after the artwork has been safely returned and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return results from our error or shipping damage.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Damaged Artwork

If your order arrives damaged during transit:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include photographs of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label.
• Do not dispose of the packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Depending on the circumstances, a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund may be offered.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition.

Custom-framed prints, personalized items, and commissioned works are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned and personalized artworks created to a customer's specific requirements are considered custom-made items and are generally not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or in cases of shipping damage.

Commission Approval

Before shipment, photographs of the completed commissioned artwork will be provided for the client's approval.

Once the artwork has been approved by the client and shipped, the order becomes final and is no longer eligible for cancellation, return, or refund, except in cases of shipping damage or where required by applicable law.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an artwork has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. Any request made after shipment will be handled in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
