If there is something wrong with the received artwork or you are not satisfied with it, please get in touch with me at oleksandrbalbyshev@gmail.com. I am sure we can find a solution that makes everybody happy.
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your artwork to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need to save the original package of the item.
To start a return, you can contact me at oleksandrbalbyshev@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Artworks sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your parcel upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged. After contacting me at oleksandrbalbyshev@gmail.com, I can evaluate the issue and initiate the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
In case you ordered the wrong artwork, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the artwork you have. Once the return is accepted, purchase the new artwork separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
