All artworks sold through this website are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Please read the following policy before placing an order.
Original paintings, sculptures, and unique artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Original artworks may contain minor signs of handcrafting, natural variations in texture, brushwork, color, and other characteristics inherent to the artistic process. These are not considered defects.
To be eligible for a return:
The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
The artwork must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent professional packaging.
The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the artwork arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.
Refunds will be issued after the artwork has been safely returned and inspected.
If your order arrives damaged during transit:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.
Do not dispose of the packaging until the claim has been resolved.
Depending on the circumstances, a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund may be offered.
Limited edition prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are returned in original condition.
Custom-framed prints, personalized items, and commissioned works are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Commissioned artworks and personalized artworks created to a customer's specific requirements are considered custom-made items and are generally not eligible for return or cancellation after production has begun, except where required by applicable law or in cases of damage during shipping.
For commissioned artworks, the client will receive photographs of the completed work for approval before shipment. Once the artwork has been approved by the client and shipped, the order becomes final and is not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation except in cases of shipping damage.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an artwork has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and will be treated under the return policy described above.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
